Manage your preferences
Email info@tridenforge.com to ask about cookies and tracking, or to withdraw consent for optional processing. When we introduce advertising or analytics that require consent, we will provide a consent tool and update this section.
How we share personal data
- Service providers — hosting, authentication, payment, communications, and verification providers processing data on our instructions.
- Organizers — when you send a calendar request, we share information the organizer needs to respond.
- Legal and safety — when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share mobile numbers for third-party promotional marketing.
Your choices and rights (India)
Under the DPDP Act, as a Data Principal you may have the rights described below, subject to applicable law and limited exceptions (for example where we must retain data for legal, tax, security, or contract reasons).
Your rights
- Access: ask us to confirm whether we process your personal data and to receive a summary or copy where required.
- Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data we hold about you.
- Erasure: ask us to erase personal data in circumstances permitted by law.
- Withdraw consent: where we rely on consent (for example optional organizer suggestions or phone-verification prefill), withdraw that consent as easily as you gave it. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed lawfully.
- Nomination: where the DPDP Act allows, nominate another person to exercise rights on your behalf in defined situations.
- Grievance: raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer (contact below).
How to exercise your rights
Email our Grievance Officer at info@tridenforge.com with your request and the email address on your account. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting. We aim to respond within a reasonable time and, where a specific timeline applies under law, within that timeline. Some account fields you can also update yourself in the product.
Marketing and communications choices
Optional organizer suggestions by email are consent-based during customer briefing. You can withdraw that consent anytime by emailing info@tridenforge.com. We may still send transactional or operational messages about your account, requests, bookings, and payments, which you generally cannot opt out of while you use those features.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their promotional marketing.
Sensitive information
Get verified may require PAN, bank account details, and full address. We process that information only for KYC, tax, and payouts. You may request correction or, where law allows, erasure through the contact above. Phone verification does not store government ID numbers from that step.
Cookies and tracking preferences
See Cookies and tracking choices above, including how to ask about cookies or withdraw consent for optional processing. When we introduce advertising or analytics that require consent, we will add a preference mechanism and update this policy.
Grievance and escalation
Contact our Grievance Officer at info@tridenforge.com. If your grievance is not resolved, you may contact the Data Protection Board of India as provided under the DPDP Act.
Cross-border processing
Our providers may process data in India and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit, and database protections. No transmission method is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
Retention
We retain data while needed to provide the Services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud, then delete or de-identify it subject to legal exceptions.
Children's privacy
The Services are not directed at children under 18. Contact us if you believe we have collected a child's data.
Future advertising and analytics
We may introduce advertising, audience measurement, or third-party analytics in the future. When we do, we will update this policy, obtain consent where required, and provide a preference mechanism. Until then, we do not run third-party marketing trackers on the Website.
Content you upload, and the rules for using Eventador
When you upload photographs, videos, descriptions, or reviews we store them so we can show them on Eventador and on organizer Showcase pages, and we may resize or crop them so they display properly. The content stays yours: you give us permission to use it on Eventador and — for organizer portfolios — to feature your work in Eventador's own promotion, on our website and app, in our social channels and email, and in printed or digital material. That permission is non-exclusive, so you can use the same photographs anywhere else, and it ends when you delete the content, apart from copies already shared, held in backups, or already used in published material. Tell us if you would rather we did not use a particular image in our marketing and we will stop, except where it is already printed or published. Only upload what you own or have the right to share, including consent from people who can be identified in your photographs.
Our Terms of Service set out what you must not do on Eventador — for example scraping or automated extraction, fake or incentivised reviews, spam, publishing contact details or payment handles to bypass our booking and payment flow, and uploading content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you have no right to share. We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach those rules. We also remove content on a valid privacy or intellectual property complaint.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy and will post the revised version here with an updated effective date.
